HD Property Services exists because owners deserve a manager who actually answers the phone. The business is a full-service operation — residential and commercial management, portfolio strategy, with an in-house construction division that handles dirt work, earth work, and exterior builds.
On the brokerage side, I work with Hunter of Homes LLC, ERA-powered, focusing on first-time home buyers, VA loans, land, and commercial deals. I'm licensed in both Idaho and Oregon, and I've built a dedicated team behind me — so nothing slips, and someone is always reachable.
